One email address reaches a person, and the sections below cover the things people most often need to do: sign in, report something, block someone, or close an account.

Write to info@pmg.engineering from any device. It is the same address for technical problems, account questions, safety reports, press and billing — there is no ticket portal to sign up for.
It is read by a person and we reply at the earliest. To get a useful answer first time, tell us:
Your mobile number is your username. Enter it with the country code (for example +91). If your account already has a password, the app asks for the password and no SMS is sent. If it does not, we send a one-time code.
If the code does not arrive:
Anyone signed in can report a post. In the app and on the website, open the ⋯ menu on the post and choose Report. Pick the closest reason — spam, fake, abuse, offensive, copyright or other — and add a sentence of detail if it helps.
To report anything else — a profile, a listing, a message, or behaviour that spans several posts — email info@pmg.engineering with a link or a screenshot. It reaches the same moderators.
Reports go to a moderation queue that a human reads. We work through them in the order they arrive and act at the earliest; content that is clearly unlawful or dangerous is handled ahead of the queue. When we act, the content is hidden from public view and, where the account is the problem rather than one post, the account can be suspended.
Reporting is confidential: we never tell the author who reported them. If you reported something and have heard nothing, email info@pmg.engineering and quote the number on your account.
Blocking is separate from reporting, and you do not need a reason. Open the ⋯ menu on any post they wrote and choose Block.
Once you block an account:
A block is not permanent. Your blocked accounts are listed under Profile → Blocked accounts in the app, and at /app/me/blocked on the website. Removing one there restores things immediately. Blocking is a private preference and does not by itself tell us anything is wrong — if the behaviour broke the rules, please report it as well.
A verification mark records what was actually checked — a phone number, a location, a document, or a full audit — and when. It is not an endorsement and not a recommendation to do business with anyone.
Identity verification is optional. You take a selfie, it is matched against the photo already on your profile, and the selfie is deleted as soon as the match is decided. You get three attempts; if all three fail, email info@pmg.engineering and we will help rather than leave you stuck. You can see where you stand at your verification page.
Edit your name, headline, role and photo from your profile, in the app or on the website.
You can delete your account yourself, from inside the app or at /app/me/delete. Deletion is not reversible. What is removed and the little that is kept — statutory invoices, and messages already delivered to someone else's inbox — is set out in the privacy policy.
For a copy of your data, a correction, or any other privacy request, write to info@pmg.engineering. The privacy policy and terms of use set out the rest.
