The rules for using FnB Network. Plain language, and shorter than most — we would rather you read it than agree to something you have not.
Last updated 30 August 2026 · FnB Network is operated by Projects Management Group (PMG), India.
By creating an account or using FnB Network, you agree to these terms. If you are using it for a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that company. FnB Network is operated by Projects Management Group (PMG), India.
Verification is optional. Where you complete it, a mark appears on your profile indicating what was checked — a phone number, a location, a document, or a full audit. A mark says that we checked a specific thing at a specific time. It is not an endorsement, a guarantee of quality, and not a recommendation that you do business with anyone.
We can remove a mark if the thing it attested to turns out to be false or has changed.
What you post stays yours. You give us permission to host it, display it, and show it to the people you intended — which for public listings means anyone, including search engines. That permission ends when you delete the content, other than copies already made by others or held in backups for a short period.
Do not publish anything that:
We can remove content that breaks these rules, and we run a moderation queue for reports. We do not pre-screen everything, so seeing something on FnB Network is not evidence that we approved it.
FnB Network introduces buyers, suppliers, farmers, recruiters and institutions to each other. Any contract you then enter is between you and the other party. We are not a party to it, we do not take custody of goods, and we do not guarantee that anyone will perform.
Do your own diligence before committing money — particularly on tenders, procurement and produce listings, where the amounts are large and the counterparty may be new to you.
Do not:
Security researchers acting in good faith are welcome — write to info@pmg.engineering before testing anything.
The FnB Network name, the software, the design and the compiled datasets are ours. These terms do not give you a licence to use our branding. Third-party standards and publications we link to belong to their publishers; where a work is copyrighted we link out to the publisher rather than hosting it.
We work to keep the service running, but it is provided as-is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, that data published by other members is accurate, or that it will fit a particular purpose of yours.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost business arising from your use of the service. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You can stop using FnB Network at any time and ask us to delete your account — see Deleting your account.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where we are required to. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right first.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will give notice in the app before a significant change takes effect. Continuing to use FnB Network after that means you accept the new terms.
